By using the Čistá Výplata site you accept these terms of use in full. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use the site. The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time — changes take effect upon publication on this page.

What Čistá Výplata is

Čistá Výplata is a free online informational tool offering net-pay calculators and indicative tax calculations for the Czech Republic — for standard employment as well as for the DPP (agreement to complete a job) and DPČ (agreement to perform work) arrangements. The site is not registered as a provider of financial, accounting or legal services.

All calculations run locally in your browser, based on publicly available rates and parameters valid as of the date of the last verification.

What the site is not

Čistá Výplata is not an official tool of the Financial Administration or the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ), is not an accounting service, is not a source of legal or tax advice, and does not guarantee accuracy for your specific situation — a general calculator cannot account for every circumstance of an individual case.

For binding calculations, filings and official positions, contact the Financial Administration (financnisprava.cz), the Czech Social Security Administration (cssz.cz), or an authorised accountant or tax adviser.

Proper use

You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and not to attempt to access parts of the site that are not publicly available, to use automated scripts, bots or scrapers in a way that burdens the server or disrupts normal operation of the site, to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the calculators or the site’s content without prior consent, or to use the site in a way that could harm other users or third parties.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data. While we try to keep the calculators aligned with current rates and the current legal framework, tax and labour-law rules can change, and specific situations may need individual assessment that a general calculator cannot cover.

You use the site at your own risk. The operator is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, nor for decisions made on the basis of the calculators’ results.

Before making important financial decisions — signing an employment contract, moving to a DPP or DPČ arrangement, or filing a tax return — we recommend consulting an authorised accountant or tax adviser.

Intellectual property

All content on the site (text, calculators, graphics, methodology) is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual-property law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted without separate consent.

Any commercial use, embedding the calculators in another site, or bulk downloading of content requires prior written consent. Contact us at info@desymphony.com.

Advertising and affiliate content

The site currently displays no third-party advertising. In future it may show third-party ads (for example, Google AdSense) or affiliate links, always clearly labelled as such. The operator does not control the content of third-party ads and is not responsible for their accuracy or reliability.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to external sites (for example, the Financial Administration, the Czech Statistical Office, or banks). The operator does not control the content of external sites and takes no responsibility for their terms of use, privacy policy or availability.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code (občanský zákoník) and, to the extent applicable, the Consumer Protection Act (zákon o ochraně spotřebitele). The site is a free informational service with no registration and no payment, so no purchase or other paid contract arises between the operator and the user; the provisions above apply by analogy where relevant.

Any disputes arising from use of the site will first be addressed amicably between the parties; failing that, the competent court of the Czech Republic has jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Material changes will be marked with the last-updated date in the page footer and, where applicable, announced via a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect confirms your acceptance of the new terms.
